J.Wilkinson Constructions was approached by our clients wanting us to design and construct this unique home. Working with these amazing clients, their instructions were clear and simple – rustic and raw, old red bricks, good use of space, colourbond cladding, ideally single level, simple yet functional and a view of Albury’s monument.
Fitting a single level three bedroom home with a bikes room and second living area on a 400m2 block took careful planning, as outdoor entertaining was also a priority. We drafted some concepts for discussion and after one meeting were ready to move forward. With a combination of raked and flat ceilings throughout the home, and an exposed brick wall in the living area, the home feels surprisingly larger than its modest street presence. With the clients choice of vibrant colours and fixtures, the finished results were stunning.
