Peel House is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom residence constructed over 3 levels. J Wilkinson Constructions was engaged to construct this home in 2016. Challenges during construction began with split level slabs needing separate pours. The lower level combines polished spotted gum floor boards along with polished concrete to remain seamless as well as special aggregates, white cement and white oxides used in the concrete to create a unique effect. Glass bottles recovered during excavation were also carefully placed into the wet concrete for added effects.
Luxurious Hydronic heating, ducted r/c air conditioning, double sided gas fireplace, quality cabinetry with stone Benchtops, triple garage and an amazing outdoor alfresco area by the inground pool just to name a few features, combine to make this boutique home living at its finest..
